It's rare to see a half-elf so composed and militaristic. Normally aloof and drifting sorts of people, Havain Tyrnealylth is the sort to protect her own. Within the boundaries of a city, as well, she can easily meld into the walls, stealthily operating behind the scenes and keeping a low profile as she works to better the plight of half-humans everywhere.
