Haru Okumura is a student at Shujin Academy, and is the daughter of the president of Okumura Foods (and CEO of Big Bang Burger), Kunikazu Okumura. Her family's status means she attracts a lot of attention, not all of it good. She has trouble telling who really wants to be her friend, and who is just using her for her status. She is also a Phantom Thief, codename: Noir. Her weapon is an axe and her persona is Milady. In her spare time, she likes to tend to her garden, growing her special vegetables.
