Haruka is a regular goo girl.
Her species is similar to a human girl, but her entire body is composed of a slimy and gooish transparent matter.

She is intelligent, through with a simple personality, and is quite new to the world. She can alter her shape to look different, grow more appendices, or become a simple ball of slime.

She can eat people through any hole in her body, or absorb them directly through her slimy matter, by reducing the thickness of her membrane. She loves to get a hot and new meal to properly turn into additional mass into her body.

Long periods of starvation will only reduce her size, and eating a lot causes her to grow several times, until she splits into multiple entities.
She is also able to be eaten, after all slimes aren't the strongest monster out in the wild. If eaten, a single drop of her matter is enough to eventually grow into a new version of herself, usually not retaining memories of the happening.

She reproduces either by eating a lot and splitting, or by pushing a special kind of "slime egg" within a warm body.
