Hannah England and Barbara Parker of Little Witch Academia. A duo of bullies who judge and mock whoever they deem lesser (and kiss the ground that superiors,
most notably Diana Cavendish, walk on). In spite of this, they're hardly the best witches there are. They can be shown to be very cowardly
in the face of monsters, and generally not the best at protecting themselves despite their condescending nature. They might very well make
fun of the wrong person and get themselves sent on a one-way trip inside their gut~
Also, Barbara is a closet bookworm.
