Gym_Leader_Whitney

Whitney is the Gym Leader of Goldenrod City's Gym, and her badge is the Plain Badge. She's most known for using normal-type Pokemon, in particular her especially dangerous Miltank. She's quite young, and tends to cry when she's upset and loses.
