I am Letholdus Bennett ((Grimare)) and this is my tale. I was born into the Royal Family of Knights, my father was a knight, so was my grandfather and his father before him. We are the heir protectors of the throne of Lanandar and it's people. From a young age I was taken care of giving anything I desired the peoples duty were to serve me as I would in my coming days. I lived in the castle and befriend the kings son and daughter, Hadrian the kings son and Alianor the kings daughter. Even when they we're young I protected their needs before mines. Even in class I was the one who protected them stand up for those whom dared to tease them for being royalty.
Years passed and the kings son Hadrian died at age of 14 from a disease the best magicians couldn't safe him. I was heart broken, not only was he a close friend of mines, I couldn't protect him like I was born to do. I sworn to protect Alianor with my life, what happened to Hadrian would never happen to her! Days have gone and Alianor and I have grown to the age of 22, she 20. I have have been sworn in to the Kings Knight by Alianor herself. Of our coming days we fell in love it's a forbidden love since royalty can only marry other Royalty.My father in his old age knew about our love, he told me that such a thing can not happen, how I wish I listened to him. One night when both I and Alianor was together we hid away from everyone to be together, this was probably just what this assassin wanted, from the shadows a rogue stepped and stab my first love in the back sleeping in each others arms. As soon as he threw his knife into the queens back. I took up my blade wounded him, but yet he slipped away from me. I led there holding my first love in my arms as she died in them, fearing what would come of this I fled. Not only was I going to be in trouble for being found with the queen, but my head was going to be on a pike having the queen dead in my arms, what choice did I have? Fleeing from my Royal family, my home and my county I cut my hair from long to short and assumed a different name, Grimare. I now work as a mercenary for just a solider of not order, but money. How I wished I'd listened to my father about forbidden love.
((Willing to tailor himself to play in a modern setting as well if requested in a RP. Grimare is also not always in armor, he is a mercenary who used to be a knight, usually he wear a blue tunic, black pants and brown shoes. ))
Grimare Dislikes:
Warning: This player suffers from Dyslexia. Symptoms involve player not reading as fast as a normal person, sometimes mistaking small words for another word, and sometimes missing Apostrophe's. I know I have this problem and I will keep an eye to minimize these issues. I realize not many people want to play with someone who's Dyslexic, which is understandable, you have every right to deny me a role-play based on that alone. Question: why do you role-play if you have this? Answer: Because I enjoy role-playing very much, and Not role-playing will not help me any with these issues!
