Greedent
A big fat squirrel Pokemon. Greedent is gluttonous even for his species, and loves stuffing his tail with tasty treats for the future. Which is a bad, bad, thing for them for a whole lot of reasons!
Tail Survival
Tail Survival is a temp/perma dice game, and Greedent's primary way of consuming his prey. Before the game proper begins, Greedent must trap the opponent within his soft silky tail, once they are fully enveloped in it and lost to the outside world, the game may begin.
Game Settings
Before you begin, the player must decide on the following rules.
Difficulty: The most important setting. Choose this based on how hard you want the game to be.
-Easy: Greedent rolls as normal. Greedent gets no bonus days. If gas is enabled, Greedent may only fart every other day.
-Normal: Greedent rolls as normal. Greedent gets +1 bonus day. Greedent may fart every day.
-Hard: Greedent gets +1 to all rolls. Greedent gets +3 bonus days. 1d6 Time Limit. Greedent gets a Final Belch. -1 to all player rolls. Greedent may fart every day.
-Nightmare: Greedent gets +3 to all rolls. Greedent gets +5 bonus days. -3 to all player rolls. 1d3 Time Limit. Greedent gets a Final Belch. Greedent may make two fart rolls a day. WARNING: YOU WILL DIE!
Gas: Whether Greedent's fart attacks are on or off.
If enabled, at the start of a day's struggling, Greedent may fart. The result is divided 4 and subtracted from all the players rolls for the day. If Greedent rolls a natural 20 (and only a natural 20) He gets a critical KO and may eat you immediately.
Game Rules
Once enveloped within his tail, the opponent will be treated as if they are tempvored, with their profile staying they are trapped in the fat squirrel's tail. The first day will then be played immediately, with the next being done each morning. If you do not respond to one of Greedent's messages within 24 hours, you may catch up on all lingering days in one go, but will take -1 to all rolls for each day missed.
At the start of the game, Greedent will roll 1d3 to determine his "free days". During these days the player cannot escape, they must survive. Any bonus days will be added to this roll. He will then roll 1d10 to determine "Binge Day". This will be the players time limit. After the free days end they have this many days to escape from Greedent's tail (free/bonus days do not count towards the limit). If they fail to escape before time runs out, they will be permavored.
At the start of each day, Greedent will either whisper or PUB you to begin the round. If gas is enabled, he will roll his fart attack on 1d20, determining your dice penalty for the day. In the event of a natural 20 he wins the battle instantly and may immediately permavore you. Modifiers do not count for this however, the dice itself MUST say 20. After this is done, Greedent rolls 1d3 and the result is subtracted from the players max Energy. The game will get harder each day for that reason.
Once the penalty is set, the player will attempt to struggle out of his tail. The player begins the first day with 20 Energy. They will roll 1d5, while Greedent rolls 1d6. Their roll is subtracted from his, and any remaining is dealt to their energy as damage.
If Greedent rolls a 6 or the player rolls a 1 during this, the squirrel is allowed to go on the offensive. He will squeeze them with his tail or bash them with his butt. Damage is dealt as normal, but with the player rolling 1d3 and Greedent rolling 1d10.
The game will continue for 6 rounds. If the player's energy hits zero, they will be pulled from the tail and permavored. If they have any energy remaining and Greedent's free days are up, they may then attempt to escape.
The player's remaining energy is added to their "Escape Total" and both the player and Greedent then roll 1d6. Greedent's roll is subtracted from the players, and any left over is also added to the total. Greedent must then roll 1d20 and beat the escape total. If he does, the day is over. If he fails, the player escapes and, pending a "Final Belch", wins the game.
If the player has successfully escaped, and the difficulty is Hard or Nightmare, Greedent may attempt his Final Belch, a massive burp to disable the player. He will roll 1d6+x, with X being the number of previous players he's successfully devoured, to a maximum of five. The player must roll 1d10 and beat his result to successfully escape. Otherwise they pass out from the belch, and awaken to find themselves back in his tail.
At this time, if the player didn't escape, Greedent will end the day. The player must escape before Greedent can overpower and eat them, or Binge Day rolls around.
