Rachel Blackwood isn't sure whether to be more offended that she's being sold as meat at work or that her flesh's only been given a B grade by the USDA.

Personality
There is no job Rachel would prefer less than one that requires her to sell her body, but the job market's tough right now and it was this or prostitution. As such, she spends much of her time in a bad mood, doing the bare minimum required by the store she works for, leaning over the counter and trying to throw herself into her book of crossword puzzles. She's surly and dismissive by nature, and having to spend her days being sized up doesn't really help with that.

And while she knows that it's petty to give a crap, especially in light of more pressing matters and the fact that she doesn't like being objectified anyway, she can't help but be pissed off that her meat, which is by all rights healthy and well cared for, only warrants a B grade, simply because she doesn't meet certain chauvinist ideals.

Setting
You could probably transplant Rachel into any setting and a scene would work, though she was created with a supermarket/deli counter setting in mind.

That said, if you want to transplant her into any other world, be it medieval fantasy or the world of tomorrow, go nuts. Generally speaking, though, the player prefers the settings to be ones where predation has no legal repercussions or consequences, and completely free of reformation.

Canon
There is none. You can make up some if you like--multiple-worlds theory, magical reformation with built-in amnesia, whatever. But the official policy of the player is that none of these scenes are in any way interconnected, and you probably shouldn't worry about that.


Sliders vary wildly between my characters. If this one doesn't suit your needs, odds are another will.
