No matter how many times her body gives birth, her uterus never wears out.
It's rather the opposite in Shinki's case. She gains more power and youth as she repeats pregnancy and childbirth. Maybe conceiving a new life is the source of where her power comes from.

Certainly she is just a goddess of fertility and maternity
Certainly she spent most of her power creating the desired world and creatures
