While her origins or her actual age is unknown, Chisa is a mean little thing who loves to look down on those of lower status of Goddess...which is pretty much everyone. However she is something the mortals call 'All bark and no Bite' meaning she rarely follows through with her teases and threats while actually unable to handle such teases thrown back at her.
New to the mortal realm, she often gets a lot of things wrong but insists she is right and will gladly argue about it.

-Fireball: Launches a purple flaming orb that tastes quite foul and at most stings a little
-Size Change: Applied to herself or others, she can alter size to an extent
-Hammerspace Tails: An endless fuzzy dimension within her tails used to store things and snacks
-Member: Rarely used, but she can alter her reproductive system to either male or female
-Multiply: Her ultimate magic, splitting herself into 9 clones each sporting one of her tails
-Reforming: Meeting her end results in her soul manifesting into a pink snowglobe like object sporting a tiny Chisa inside, one that can't speak and only bang on the glass until her body is ready.
