At birth, Glimmer was the youngest child born of 5 and is considerably smaller and weaker than the rest, as if her shiny colouring alienated her enough from her siblings. She was left behind due to her sparkles luring in greedy trainers, abandoned to roam the lakes by her lonesome.
She is a very untrusting person at first, hiding within her shell at the first sense of danger and projecting water from her mouth to roll away, this has helped her many times survive but also resulted in times she was stuck on her back.
Glimmer loves the water, enjoying to swim and dive down beneath the water, friendly with a few Shelder and Magikarp who enjoy a good game of chase.
