Loppy was an experament by team rocket to create a pokemon that would not need a trainer to command her to fight and would follow there orders without question. they only got half of what they wanted. what they got was a free thinking pokemon with strong powers. She decided to play along with team rocket's and Giovany's plans. in return they gave her there tecnology for her own goals. she was given special pokeballs that capture humans. in return she gives team rocket there pokemon. She plans on one day taking over team rocket, then the other orginizations until finaly she takes over the world, turning all the humans into her obediant sex slaves, and have them get rid of men only to spare a few for breading.
