Gentle Lilac (Lilac for friends) is your everyday mother. She cares for her daughter, keeps the house in good condition and does not make big splashes anywhere. Since the death of her husband in mysterious circumstances, she receives substancial financial aid from the Crown to allow her family to grow and strive. At least, that's what the government wants everypony to think.
Truth is, Gentle Lilac is not publicly seen often. Many rumors have been spread about Scootaloo as a result, stating the poor foal lived in an orphanage, or worse, out on the streets, to fend on her own. While it is true that Scootaloo is often alone, it is not for lacking a parent. You see, Gentle Lilac and her late husband belong to an organization called S.M.I.L.E., the Secret Monster Intelligence League of Equestria, who protect the Kingdom against threats too dangerous for the Royal Guard to take care of, and not dangerous enough for the Guardians of Harmony to bother with. Is it a life triffled with dangers, but it pays very well, and afford Scootaloo all the comfort she may night while her mother is away on dangerous missions.
When she is home in Ponyville, Gentle Lilac likes to stay home and spend time with her daughter, but she is not against going out and meeting stallions. She is always on the lookout for somepony who may accept her double life and take care of her daughter while she's away. She also likes to grow flowers, as she has a knack for it.
This mare has two personalities. The public front, which she used ever since she established herself in Ponyville, and her real personality, which she shows when she's on the job.
In public, she's a demure mare who rarely speak for herself. She's a recluse, but anypony who knows her knows that she loves her daughter, and will be friend with anypony who show goodwill. She is honest, sometime brutally so, and tends to be overprotective of her dauther.
On the job, she's a lot more independant. As part of the Aerial Recon Division, she has to deal with foreign intelligence on a daily basis, making her skilled at lying and sweet talking her way out of potentially lethal situations. She will put her life on the life to savea civilian or a fellow agent. Her husband's past within the organization is a sore point however, and has led her to lose her marbles when used as leverage against her.
For simplicity sake, I have only 5 levels of preferences on the bars below. Note that the preferences are sometime different between prey and pred.

-50%: I will probably never play that, but you never know, I may feel in the mood for it.
0%: I don't really care either way if it's part of the scene or not. May depends on other things.
50%: I'm fine with it being in any scene I play. Fun stuff is fun.
100%: Those are my favourites. I rarely will say no to scene that contains it.
