Homeworld, the Gem Homeworld from which the Diamond Authority commands their realm, a matriarchical, tyrannical quad-archy built upon the shattered corpses of those who have resisted. Humans are normally not welcome, but in specific cases they may be studied..
Punishment is harsh and severe for gems, a minor infraction can see your gem shattered and placed within the walls of one of the four Diamond's palaces, White is an overbearing dictator and overlord, Blue is lonely and depressed, Yellow is obedient and hyperfocused, Pink is heartbroken and nothing like the happy Diamond she once was after White cracked down on them.
After an incident involving a certain Rose Quartz, Pink does not produce any more Gem creation essence, leaving the empire unable to produce more of its own kind without excessive drainage of a planets natural resource, conquering and destroying planets without a second thought to fuel the growth of Gemkind, the brutal caste-system and threat of punishment keeps the lower crusts in a state of fearful obedience...
