Annie is the leader of a large gang in Nexus city known as the Red Dogs they dabble in extortion, drugs and prostitution and she leads them through fear more than anything. While she rarely preds herself she is sure to make examples of those who think her slim form means she is easy prey. She lives to make the gang more efficient and rarely spends time being causual always focussed on the next big expansion.
