Gangbuster

In some seedy back alley there's a bar called the Blind Mice. It's not very remarkable if you've seen a cheap dive, but unlike most of its ilk, you won't find any criminal gangs for miles around.
Reina Faris is a bit of a local legend. It's not fair to say she despises breaking the law, hell she'll make a quick buck off of anyone whose wallet is pinchable, but she has a vendetta against organized crime. Whether it's a moral thing, or simply irrational isn't clear, but every day there's a rumor of another shootout or raid involving some one man army.
It's not unlikely that you might run into her on the street, whether you've heard stories or not. She's just your average street rat, in the most literal of senses. She stands at 6'6", with huge, round ears peek past her silvery grey hair, and a tail slithers behind her like a thick snake. It's not uncommon to see in the city, but she's taller than your average demi-rodent, for sure. Plus, with her wardrobe it's impossible to miss her massive chest and toned physique.
Reina has been in more shootouts than she's had hot showers. Though, shootouts might not be the right word when most of the time, only one side's shooting. She carries a handgun wherever she goes, but bullets aren't cheap so most of the time she doesn't bother pulling it out. She's not bulletproof, but she's not died yet by just bashing heads weaponless.
When she's not getting in fights, Reina has a bit of a sweet tooth and an endless craving for hamburgers. Food's where most of the money goes, even if it's not saying much with how little she has. Fighting crime in the slums doesn't pay well, and she doesn't like to steal from locals. She's no Robin Hood but she looks out for people making an honest living.
