Backstory:
Frostine Lacroix, aka Frost, is part of a special class of humans called ”Elymas Magnus” which are a type of human born with sorcery type powers unique to them alone. Frostine was first discovered by a private gun-for-hire company after the company’s HQ started to recieve strange signals coming deep within the mountain of Mont Blanc. A squad of three well-trained operators were dispatch to track down the location of the signal only to find a young female child shivering in the snow, unable to move or see due to her eyelids being frozen shut. The operators quickly secured the child and took her to the nearest company outpost for a medical evaluation. During the medical evaluation, doctors were shocked to see that the girl had suffer no injuries or conditions like frostbite even though her body temperature was below freezing. When asked how she got there and who she was all she responded with is “Frostine.” The medical team reported back to HQ that the girl had no memory of her past and had the possibility of being an “Elymas Magus” possessing ice like powers. Upon hearing this information, the higher uppers requested that Frostine be shipped to HQ and undergo training to become a mercenary since an “Elymas Magus” could be a powerful weapon for the organization.

Strengths and Fighting Style:
Frostine is classified as a level three grade “Elymas Magnus” possessing ice and snow manipulation powers. While Frostine may be towards the lower end of rankings in terms of “Elymas Magus” rankings, her overall power and agility should not be underestimated. Frostine is known to use her raw strength and close range abilities to get the upper hand in a fight. She’s a effective at close range tends to suffer at medium to long range. Her body temperature naturally sits at a below freezing temperature of -27 degress Celsius meaning she is completely invisible to heat seeking and thermal vision optics. When engaging, Frostine likes to get in close and take down her opponent as soon as possible or use her power of Snow Manipulation to freeze and wear down her opponent to make for an easy take down.

Weaknesses:
Being a grade three Elymas Magus means even normal humans can take her out if they use their heads and take advantage of Frostine’s weaknesses. For starters, Frostine’s only two forms of medium and long range attacks are her use of a firearm or her use of the power SnowFall which has a long set up before it can be used. Zoning her out is the simpliest way to fight against her with normal means of attack. Frostine’s biggest weakness is heat, if her body temperature is to pass above 10 degress Celsius her powers will cease to activate rendering them useless until she lowers her temperature. Along with this she will start to grow fatigue the warmer her body gets, she has been known to go completely limp while still conscious if she gets too hot. The easiest way to render Frostine useless is to trap her place tight and warm to guarantee victory.

Powers:
SnowFall: By crossing her arms and humming the Japanese folk song Yuki, snow will begin to fall within a 10 mile radius of where Frostine is standing. This ability takes up the most of her energy and if interrupted Frostine will be forced to start the process all over again.
Winter’s Kiss: By kissing the palm of her hand and blowing a kiss, a powerful gust of freezing wind will be sent out in the direction the kiss was aimed. A direct hit of the wind could result in the victim’s body slowly being frozen until their entire body is cased in ice.
Ice Blade: Frostine can form a sharp dagger in the palm in her hand for close quarters combant or create small throwing knifes to throw.
Snow Cloud: Frostine can summon a small snow cloud that will hover above her head and release tiny snowflakes to help keep her cool in warmer environments. However the snow cloud demands a constant stream of energy to snow meaning the long she keeps the cloud the more her energy is whittled away.
(Passive) Cold Blooded: Frostine’s body naturally stays at a freezing -27 Celsius. Colder her body get the more powerful her abilities become, eventually reaching the power levels of taking on a First Grade Level “Elymas Magus.” However, the warmer her body gets the weaker she becomes until she is rendered completely powerless and limp.

Elymas Magus Grade Ranking:
First Grade: Rare but some of the most powerful beings in the universe. Possess almost world ending abilities
Second Grade: Elymas Magus’s of this rank are the most common. Possess powerful abilities usually revolving around time and world manipulation powers. Can be taken down by other Elymas Magus humans
Third Grade: The weakest of the rankings but usually are born with natural raw strength and speed to make up for their lack of sorcery powers. This grade can be taken out by even normal humans but should not be underestimated by any means.
