Appearance:
As you can see he is a Pegasus, having a blue coat all over. A few things stricking out though are the scars on his Flanks. These cover his whole rump. Another thing are the blood red Mane and Tail and of course the wine red eyes. he might look a little thin but still isn't that weak as most suspect. he having an sharp mind and an strong will he is just as strong as everyone else.

Personality:
He is a rather observing pegasus, taking in all the details he can. He always carries a book around where he draws the things he can see into. He has a good amount of data in his book already which steadily grows. He also is rather quiet but if he talks with someone who he thinks understands him he sure can get his mouth running.

History:
Frost has a rather sad backstory. As a Colt he was hurt by his dad repeatedly and always cept in a dark room, only let out to recieve more wounds. He never had the happy foalhood others had. He was forced to suffer from pain induced by his dad. though one day he was able to escape, able to get atention and soon his dad was brought into jail. Though now he had a better life. He was brought into an Orphanage, recieving better treatment, better food and of course someone who cared for him. Though he wasn't able to make many friends. He had 3 in the whole Orphanage who one by one got adopted and soon he became a loner again. Still this was not to be compared to what he experienced before he came there. He was observing an Unicorn from the distance though the more details he wanted the nearer he got and soon the Unicorn noticed him and after a more than short debate he angered the Unicron that much that he got sent to this Park. Now he searches for a way back and tries to avoid the preds until he finds a way to defend himself.

Anthro Pegasus:

When Frost wears the pendant he can change into an Anthro form. In this form he has a little shorter fur and his mane is spiked upwards, looking almost as if he has gel in it. His hooves get turned into normal hands and toes and his tail grows just slightly in length. his wings are placed on his shoulderbaldes and if folded up just vanish nicely behind him making them invisible for the front view.

Passives:

strong hooves:
Thanks to being a stallion he has stronger hooves and legs. this gives him an advantage of +1 to every ground related move.

thin Bones:
Due to him being a pegasus though makes his bones thin so he is able to fly. hitting him with full body attacks with a natural 19 - 20 can stun him and make him vulnerable even more thanks to bruises. this stun will be decided upon winning a following d2 to determine the length of it.

Strong muscles:
due to his stature and his size his muscles are stronger dealing an aditional -1 to constrictions. this can stack up to -3 but will only hold as long as the constriction goes.

Actives:

Hey! you'Re bigger than me!:
upon fighting an bigger enemy Frost will try to force pills into the enemy to shrink these down to at least his size. though this move is a dangerous one since he moves close and if failing will cause him to be grabbed.
1-5 failure and result in grab
6-10 shrink to his size
11-15 shrink to half his size
16-20 "aww~ look! a mouse!"

Buck: Frost turns around and tries to hit the enemy in the head or the side.
1-5 miss.
6-10 hit in the side dealing -1hp
11-15 hit in the face dealing -2hp
16-20 the hit is so hard making the opponent dizzy -2hp
(upon making the opponent dizzy there will be a roll (d3) deciding how long this effect lasts and a (d4) to determine the penality to the dice)
(the penality can not stack)

Spin Kick: Frost will balance on his front hooves while spinning his lower half so his legs would fly in an circle over the ground.
if not evaded by an action of the enemy this attack will deal a -1hp damage.
if the move is won by at least 8 the opponent get's thrown back by the force of the kick and deals -2hp.

Jump Kick: (reference in picture) Frost wil jump forward and try to hit the enemy with his hindleg outstretched and aditional speed. A 1d20 decides how fast he will run at the enemy and a second will decide if he hits and for how much damage.
if the first roll is above 12 this move will deal extra -2hp.
if the second roll is underneath 15 it deals -1hp.
if above -2hp. this makes it a total of max. -4hp and min. -2hp.

tail Whip:
Frost will try to whip the enemy with the tip of his tail.
if hit with it it will deal 1hp.
if hit with a win with more than 10 over the enemy it will cause it to hit the enemy straight in th face and make contact with it'S eyes, causing an blind and a -4 for 2 rounds.

brute force:
Frost will leap into the air and aim for the enemy to propell himself as fast as possible downwards to hit the enemy with the force of the jump and the speed.
1-5 miss and stun for one round on Frost
6-12 hit in the side causing -1hp.
13-19 hit in the stomach causing a -1 to the next 3 rolls and -1hp
20 the hit connects hard enough to knock the enemy out.
(the enemy will roll a d3 to decide how many rounds this effect stays. upon hitting withn a 20 the enemy will not recieve a penality since the moves afterwards will either deal damage or force it to stages of vore)

watch OUT!
Frost will jump with his neck straightened to make an headbut on the enemy and deal damage.
1-5 miss for sure
6-15 hit for -1hp
16-19 hit for -1hp and a penality for one round of -1
20 hit for -2hp and a penality for 3 rounds of -1

Finishers:

Entrapment:
the enemy that went into the last stage of vore will be forced into the chamber and then would be surrounded completely with the skin it is in beginning to stiffen up and seal him away. though instead of it being visible it would shrink and seemingly vanish as it would be sealed in a little bubble.
this move is a 3 stager and requires the amount of wins that are lost as well. if you lose 2 rolls you have to win the next two to escape. this move though works even when the enemy has lost all HP and simply moves to the last stage.

Jewelery for the poor:
(this move requires the enemy either being stunned or out of HP and has no connection with a vore stage.) if the enemy happens to get stunned and/or loses all HP Frost will move a cloud on them. these clouds though consits not of water but of little glass and plastic particles and will turn the world for the enemy into a simple, colored crystal that will shrink them down to the posibility of being added to future jewelery with the enemy being the center of attention. this move has 3 stages though if it get's initiated and the opponent wakes up again it has to be escaped since it only requires the stun at the beginning. the opponent will have to roll a natural 17 to escape the finisher and has to win back their freedom by beating Frost at least 2 times.
