Florus
"An Une fattened with copious pools of blood."
- Belmont's Guide to Monsters circa 1706
Whether he's natural or a wizard's accident in alchemy and magic has become an answer that has been lost to time. All that one can know now is what Florus tells them, or they see for themselves.
Florus is a rare thing, a plant creature. But unlike the more famous Alerune or other such things, Florus stands out from even them. Florus is, after all, a male plant monster, a rarity in a Kingdom dominated by females.
And very male, if that thorny cock is what it truly looks like. It might be, or it might be a lure. It emits a musk. A stink. An aroma. A powerful, thought clouding fragrance that clouds the mind and removes the will. It makes Florus look that much prettier. So much sweeter. Instilling a need to cuddle and hug the boy. He can't go over and hug you himself after all, with how rooted he is in the ground.
Why not go over and hug him? That sweet boy with the now watering mouth? He will hug you back, after all. A delightful, bramble-filled embrace, one that will tighten and tighten, showing just how much he loves you. Was that his stomach rumbling? Are those teeth sharp? Was it always this dark?...
