Fleur is a 5.2ft (1m60) cheerful neko that likes only three things in life : Exploring, parties and cute things. Oh and causing mischief !
Fortunately she was born in a wealthy family and has bakeneko blood heritage. This resulted in the disappearance of many would be professors, causing much annoyance and despair in her parents, as she spends most of her time roaming in villages and exploring rather than learning to keep the family buisiness.
Speaking of which, is a secret ! Rumors have it that the buisiness is something very sinister, the common folk avoid mentionning the Nekomata family, easilly recognisable by their two tails. Fleur is forced to keep the illusion of having a single one, less she be looked at with fear.

The nekomata used to have an addiction to drinking fish oil at one point, though she doesn't crave it as much as in her youth, prefering fruit juice and alcohol, which she doesn't tolerate well as she has been found asleep in drunken stupor more than one time.
But Fleur doesn't care much for it, she keeps escaping to go play around the villagers, terrorising them in innocent ways and causing trouble is much more interesting then studying now isn't it? Especially so as she can show off her magical abilities, ranging from manipulating elements to manipulating reality itself to some extent, a trick similarly used by a certain cat in Alice in wonderland. Some whisper she might even bring the dead back to life. Perhaps you would have what it takes to be her next tutor?
Having grown up in a secluded environnment she tends to use odd figures of speech at time, often doesn't know what things are and is quite ignorant of the countryside. She can be fascinated by a grasshoper or children playing a game together... She even saw someone who could take his thumb off and put it back ! If they despair for a teacher, the Nekomatas do have someone who is absolutely thrilled to have to go after Fleur on her endless escapades, Reflet_de_Lune. Lune is the polar opposite of Fleur, calculative, instructed, polite and formal, the elder sister is no stranger to the outside world. And to Fleur's shenanigans, to her great dismay.
Fleur also has a cousin Grimbril which she feels is her rival in many ways, the two often taunting each other and ruining plans just for the fun of it. Grimbril is trying to make a name for herself in the soul harvesting commerce, which Fleur delightedly disrupts at any given occasion.
