Fur color: Blue, fading into sky blue in his front chest and belly. Spots leading up to his chin. A ring of black around his ankles, neck and wrists (if you wanna know what the ring of black fur is about you'll have to RP with him!).
Details: He is pretty much your average wolf anthro, with a few major exceptions! Wolf anthros are usually incredibly athletic; fast, strong and intelligent...
...Well, this was like nature's cruel joke! Flame is by no means fast - he can't run for very long before becoming exhausted, he is greatly lacking physical strength...he might be able to overpower the occasional human, but, as far as anything else goes, he's easily out muscled.
He had a messenger bag around his shoulder, in which he keeps three books that he holds VERY dear...should anyone take them, they will see just how helpless his feral side really is (mind you, this side only comes out when one of his books are stolen).

Flame is a water elemental. He has spent years mastering the arts of healing and water manipulation. The first thing he did was to manipulate himself - he is made out of water, but has done everything in his power to make his body as life-like as possible:- his fur feels real (and soft), his insides are as real as can be (digestion/reproduction all life-like).
Although he is a water elemental, he doesn't have "blood" where blood would leak from a real body. Water leaks out of him to show injury, and as an apprentice to the Draconic goddess
Sapphire, the goddess of healing and life, she provides him with all his powers, and gave him two of the books he holds in his bag; the green one (miscellaneous/transformation spells), and the blue one (healing/reformation spells).
He trains hard and long for his magical powers, to improve them, memorizing spells, practicing them, and having fun. The wolf has a very earned title of Acolyte. His bag carries much more than those two books - it has a third book, the cover of which looks like it is made of wood, and a sapphire in the center that seems to swirl with waves...it has a direct connection to the elemental plane of water, and contains his most powerful spells.
His bag contains a few "endless gem" runes. These runes are the rarest to ever be found, and have some potent spells. They have the advantage of drawing very little mana from Flame. The white ones with green markings are for defense/fun, the red ones with black markings are often deadly if used on a victim.
On top of those runes, he has his most prized possession....an obsidian-looking claw, it looks like a wolf's claw, but to be a wolf's claw it must have come from a dragon sized wolf! The claw was fashioned into a blade. It contains a poison in the blade that can change someone into a lesser version of the creature it came from, a Lunar guard - a mammoth, wolven-like creature. (better description will be given upon request)
Flame, personality-wise is, most of the time, rather mature and laid back. Though if you earn his friendship, he will be the most loyal friend you could ever have, laying down his life to defend friends without a second thought. He will do whatever possible to help his friends...the problem is, he is perhaps too trusting for his own good; one of his biggest faults, it's easy to fool the Wolfie into a false sense of security and wolf him down (or up, depending on what you want ^.~)!

I have one last thing that needs be said OOCly, and that is this; if you whant to RP with me, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD make sure you can actuly RP!!! Now I understand if real life jumps on you and forces you away, but dont start an RP with me then ditch me for something better, or ditch me for a public rp, as this seriously offends me and it will get you ignored permanetly thank you come again!
