Ferruthia is quite the chill barkeeper, only seen late at night as people might be able to guess that she wasn't human. As long as you're not a troublemaker or someone that would be seen as an 'easy target' for her you'd probably be fine asking for a drink. I mean, can you blame anyone for wanting a quick sip or snack?
Of course she hasn't been running her bar her entire life, though most of her past has been swept away. She was once royalty, though getting her to talk about it seems very unlikely.
