Beware though... Some can be very agressive and took countless lives as well, so do not see them as just harmless mindless pets, but as fierce and extremely dangerous predators.
Plain Monsters :
Elkat :
A creature that resides close to forests, but lives in plains. It is the size of a horse and has the agility of a tiger. It is very vicious and has enough force to tear down a bear if it wants. The antlers have their use, mainly to repel other possible threats and other Elkats that close in onto their territory.
Desert Monsters :
Sharmole:
A shark head with powerful jaws and a huge carapace body, it usually lives in the desert, but can be found as a variant in plains. Its size ranges from twice to 5 time an average human's height. It is known to be able of causing a lot of damage in small villages, but also can burst out in the middle of big cities.
Forest Monsters :
A rare monster that dwells in swamps and thick forests, the Trog is a trent with the profile close to a dog, yet it is feral. One can be 10 feet tall. Though territorial, they are passive, unless disturbed by humans and human like species. It is hard to tell if these monsters were created through magic or naturally.
A Tibear is a forest dwelling animal that looks like a hybrid of a tiger and a bear, yet it is bigger than a bear, with even more strength. Behaves like a bear. They can be tamed by humanoids. Some variants can be found, with 4 arms, but also other variants that are elemental.

Cave Monsters :
Sporeders are spider like creatures living with fungi growing over their back. The spores that one emits can cause hallucinations, making it easy for a Sporeder to cocoon a prey. These spiders are big, able to overthrow a humanoid if needed. Some can be found in swamps and deep forests.
In certain caves where lave is present and close to volcanos, Hellhounds can be found. As big as the biggest existing dog species, it can be tamed by humans, though one should be cautious around this monster : it can spew fire and its teeth are very sharp, able to rip off armor and thin plates.
Snow Monsters :
The mythical Frost Oger is a territorial giant ape living in the coldest regions and can be sometimes found on snowy mountains. It is known to become extremely tall, dwarfing most creatures, except Hill Gigas, at a whopping 72 feet. Hard to find, there is not much that can be told about it.
Gryphons are common monsters, but their cousins, the Eagrons, are a rarer occurence that exist at mountains. Faster and fierce, one can be tamed, but the stakes are high as one can claw a humanoid into pieces. They are sky hunters, plunging onto a prey with high velocity, usually killing it by the impact of the talon that holds the prey.
