Felicity has always been a compassionate person, helping her parents around the house, staying after classes to help teachers clean up, helping old ladies cross the street, that kind of thing. When she grew up and it came time for her decide what she wanted to do with her life she settled on applying to Mansu University, taking a course in medicine to try and become a doctor.
After arriving at the university it didnt take long for her diligence and kindness to be noticed by the teachers of the school, who offered her the position of Dorm Mother for the on campus dormitory. Basically she was put in charge of helping out around the place with stuff like cooking and cleaning as well as generally keeping order. In exchange she is given a decent allowance as compensation for her work. Felicity was fine with this and settled into the role well, although she does end up butting heads often with some of the more unruly tennants like
