WIP

Background

Fei Yen is a Japanese school girl at the ripe age of 17. Born of a mixed heritage of Japanese and Chinese, her family actually moved from Hong Kong when she was 4 years old under curious circumstances. What was said was that her father took a job offer for a pharmaceutical company based out of Osaka, which works with a lot of experimental trials. Relocating was fairly tough for the young girl, but over time she grew to enjoy the new city and gathered herself a small network of friends.

Things went fairly smoothly through most of her childhood, though there were these occasional...incidents. Never the same thing twice, of course, but times when it seemed that reality sometimes felt not so real. Time slowing down, speeding up. Thinking she was going to school and suddenly be at lunch. A section of her day just being completely blank. One time when she entered her home, she found herself walking into the local arcade instead. Naturally Fei thought she was going crazy and kept this to herself. But as time went on, it only seemed to get worse.

Eventually the stress of her situation got to the schoolgirl and she confided in her parents, who took it far too well. They calmed the girl down, and confirmed that these things really were happening. When she was young, she was selected by her father's current employer for some exclusive and secret trial to try and spur evolution along. Her and dozens of other children were injected by a DNA altering virus in the hopes that it would spur them along to the next stage of evolution. To create super-humans. Well, it worked marvelously.

Through a lot of trial and error, Fei discovered that this virus had unlocked a potential in her unlike any other. She seemed able to alter reality around her. The schoolgirl was able to warp time and space. Teleport, slow down or speed up time, alter the dimensions of things. Of course, things couldn't go perfectly. Fei lacked any real sense of control over the power and their attempts to reel it in only seemed to make things worse.

Current versions

The Freak- Fei and her father are unable to do anything to truly bring her powers under control, resulting in a very chaotic life. Either her powers continue to manifest without her control, or perhaps they become worse. Living like this results in endless accidents, some of which are less worrisome than others. Her powers could develop into including vore. Either through an unnatural desire to bring someone's timeline/mass into her, or through accidental means. It could also play into causing her to fall prey to others as well, of course. Finally, it could be that her powers burn out and she ends up a regular human. Likely what would be used if she ends up prey.

The Hero- Follow up experiments managed to bring Fei Yen into her true potential. Powers firmly under her control, her life became devoted to honing her talents, and refining her skills. Able to move through time and space, and possibly even dimensions, she is able to be where ever she is needed most to dispense justice. As her own Judge, Jury, and Executioner she hunts down evil doers or trouble makers and sentences them to time in the Iso-Gut. Usually a life sentence.

The Villain- When her powers awoke in her, so too did a buried desire. A need to rule, to dominate. Like a bustier version of Dr. Doom, Fei set out to take the world in her powerful fist. Though it is a long and tough journey ahead of her. She has to start small, and there are surely heroes out there that are determine to stop her.
