Notes

A demon of debauchery, bound to a large possum plush.
It isn't exactly happy about the current situation, since a living plushie kinda can't enjoy all the things that a demon usually enjoys.

Height: 8'6''
Weight: 50 Lbs
Coloration: Kind of a ratty gray/cream
Distinguishing Features: Pointy felt teeth, very large hand/foot paws, a patch on the left side of the hips. And while not visible, a large vertical zipper on the tum.

Personality

Crass, boisterious, and loud the demonic possum plush really tends not to be very pleasant in conversation. He delights in seeing the misfourtune of others and he'll take steps to try to arrange said misfortune when he can do so without too much effort on his part. In addition, he tends to urge others towards making bad decisions that are either self-destructive in nature or will hurt others. The one saving grace is that he tends not to be very persuasive, coming off as a bigger, softer version of a cartoonish shoulder-devil.

Abilities and powers

Temptation: Suggestions made by Faux tend to be... well, tempting. Moreso than they would be if made by any mere mortal. Demonic influence tends to make regular folks more agreeable when there's mischief to be made. So whether the possum is telling you to just ditch your friends and go do crimes instead or if he's asking you to just crawl right into his mouth, it might take someone a bit to come up with the reasons to say 'no'.

Occupant Control: Folks who end up inside the possum can be moved about. One of Faux's favorite things to do is to act like a living suit, putting a victim's limbs into his own and letting them see out his mouth, molding himself to be almost like a suit... although he's the one in control over the movements. The helplessness of mortals is such a sweet feeling, after all. Also can be used to shift folks around just in his guts so that he can get into a more comfortable position, and move his occupant into a LESS comfortable one.

Stuffing Digestion: Much like conventional predators, Faux gets more full of stuffing when he decides to digest living materials. Only, in his case it becomes literal stuffing in him. This of course takes a varying amount of time, and in the case of unwilling and/or resistant meals a fair bit of conscious effort. Occasionally bits and pieces survive to be belched out later.

Soul-Trapping: Now, if one makes a deal... or is tricked into it, Faux can claim a mortal's soul for his own, either trapping it or outright absorbing it. The demon gains strength, influence, and a good bit of enjoyment out of it to boot. Occasionally he might also get a new patch somewhere on him as a memento of the poor dupe that got tricked into giving up their immortal soul.

Machine-Washable: It's not glamorous, but an over sized plush tends to get dirty if it doesn't stay in one place. Luckily, Faux can be squeezed into most washers and driers and treated with most run-of-the-mill cleaning products... Though the spin cycles tend to leave him dizzy for a while. Which is the closest thing he's been able to get to drunk since being bound.

Background

Figuring that being summoned into the mortal realm would be good for a few kicks, the demon that would eventually be known as Faux Paws allowed himself to be pulled into the mortal realm, intending fully on breaking free and causing some mischief. Upon possessing the body provided, he soon found himself bound to the soft, squishy plush body of an oversized stuffed possum toy, and the runes holding him to the body were far more potent than he had predicted. The lone demonologist who'd summoned him had done so as a service for another demon back in Faux's home realm as a way to evict him and take his stuff without much effort on their part. Furious, Faux lashed out at the circle, which held for hours after the mortal who summoned him left, laughing all the while. Lost, powerless, and furious, Faux has fallen back onto what had been his original plan in the mortal realm: Lie, cheat, and trick mortals out of their souls, and make the world an all together worse place. When he feels like getting around to any of that stuff, at least...
