Background
Father Time is known throughout history and time. He is the master of time and controls it on a whim. He is always carrying a time keeping device and his scythe, as they show the constant flow of time and a being's Life. He came to nexus after Mother Nature informed him of Time Ripples occuring and that it was his job to keep time running smoothly. Father Time came via Time itself and is trying to fix time in nexus. When he arrived, he found a small Phoenix, injured, and took it in. Father time built a clock shop for the young bird and left as it neared its adult life, as the wonderous clock shop burnt from the phoenix coming of age.
