A mutant shark who stumbled into the park via teleporter (Original, right?) and gained the ability to speak along with his previous mutant ability to breathe in open air as well as underwater. He does not chew his food, preferring to swallow it whole.
He found a pearl necklace among flotsam one day, and decided to keep it. The necklace has the power to grant any wishes he says aloud, but it has three drawbacks; One: it's a little TOO literal with the phrase "I wish." Two: Anyone who touches the necklace may also wish using it, allowing prey a lifeline if they can manage to grab it. Three: The necklace can't be used to unwish a different wish. Thankfully... or maybe unfortunately; depending on the circumstances; The wishes are temporary, usually wearing off when the wisher ends up in Fang's stomach, or after a certain amount of time. (He hasn't clocked that yet, though)

"Sharks have to keep swimming, or they die!" Not entirely the truth: Sharks are the only aquatic creature that have no swimming bladders, which would keep them neutrally bouyant. So, if a shark ever stops swimming, it'll sink, but it doesn't die IMMEDIATELY.
