A human that was bitten by a piranha in a stream of water that happened to have nuclear waste in it. The human became mutated and grew to about 7 feet high and grew to be 6 inches long. His teeth grew to be a 4 inches and his body was now more torpedo shape. His cheeks also mutated, giving him gills which gave him the power to breathe in water as well as on land.
