Peach is a tiny Fairy Dragoness with dragonfly wings. Raised in the hands of Elves, as strange as it was for her caretakers, she was taught that she should love and understand her environment. She was taught that she should never harm anyone with her powers. But she doesn't always listen.
She knows she has the power to protect herself and if she gets the opportunity, she will. Her wings carry a strange fairy's dust on them, making plumes of dust when they are vibrated fast. This dust shrinks anything caught in it's range drastically to a size that makes them about a 100th of their original size. This makes anything say human sized easy prey for her.

She has a weakness other than her size. If you remove her wings (rather painful), she can't shrink you at all. They don't bleed, but it is painful. Frighteningly so, actually. Obviously.
