Ah, the fairies and fae of the forests; secluded empires obscured by magic and made irrelevant in the grand scheme of things due to their terribly small size. So while many becomes tricksters or magicians, the one exception is Layasynda Firwind. She has been blessed by the queen of the fae herself for her unflinching duty and bravery in both an epic battle against a local wasp hive, additionally saving one of her allies from an overzealous toad in the aftermath, all with no weapon but a sharp stick. Such strength of will was unheard of for the skittish tricksters of the fae, so it was only natural she receive physical power to compensate. Though such a power comes and goes, as fairy magic is a fickle and unreliable thing; when she most needs it, her strength can fail her, making her little more than a clunky, adorable plaything or magicaly delicious meal. Yet while the might of the Fairy Queen is with her, she has the strength of a dozen humans, decked out in full armor when needed to fight. She can push a normally sized person to the ground and humiliate them for the crime of underestimating her. As long as her link with the Queen is intact, her power is the same. Without her ability though, she can barely even fly in her armor. She views herself as the last line of defense against the enemies of her people, melodramatic and humorless against any large strangers!
