- Helena was born into a family of well known and respected Wardens and is the youngest member to be knighted at 17
- Despite being trained in Diplomacy Helena has a hard time talking to people.
- Helena is the shortest of her company only standing 5'7 (5'9 fully armored)
- Given her training as a Warden Helena is well versed in Swordplay and Hand to hand combat and as taken down foes larger than her.
- Helena has always wondered what it would have been like to live as a normal girl.
- It is not known if Helena is able to vore others as she has never tried.
