Bio:

Eve, Is a very special type of eevee, there is a strange order in her genetic makeup that is very off balance, even though eevee's DNA were already unstable in the first place, this eevee however, can seem to change into not one... but every form possible depending on her situation, and then transforming back under normal circumstances.

Example: Her Stasis form is her Eevee form, this is her default form anytime she isn't around anything other than maybe a grass plain, however, if she decides to go swimming, she would instantly transform into Vaporeon, and after exiting the water and drying off, she would turn back into her Eevee form, as an example.

Eve is like no ordinary Eevee, Her DNA is so out of balance, that not only can she take on the forms of Flareon, Vaporeon, Espeon, Umbreon, Glaceon, Jolteon, and Leafeon, but can take on the forms of a Dragon, Ghost, Rock, Fighting, Steel, Flying, Bug, Beauty, Poison and Ground!

How can she take on all of these forms?, Not even she has any idea why this happens to her, but it does, her body transforms constantly due to the changing climates and areas that she enters.

Back-story: The reason she dosnt know why she can do these things was because she wasn't supposed to know, Team rocket had been working on a secret experiment inside their underground headquarters, taking the leftover equipment from the mewtwo incident, they tried to figure out how to clone Pokemon into even more powerful copies. Eve, was the first successful clone, due to the strange DNA of eevee's, but after the experiment had succeeded, something went wrong, the eevee transformed into other strange forms and destroyed the entire laboratory, rendering their research destroyed, Eve barely managed to escape through a ventilation shaft, and even then, she dosnt know much about the outside world, she is very ditzy and not very bright.

However, she can learn very quickly, her mind processes information at an alarming rate, but that being said, she is still very oblivious to right and wrong as well, which can sometimes make her dangerous.
