Meet Eve Starlin. At first glance, Eve's beautiful body coupled with the two horns sprouting from her head tell most people one thing: Succubus. That is, however, only half true. While Eve does have horns, she lacks any of the other additional parts that succubi are known for, such as the spear-tipped tail or bat wings. This is because Eve is, in fact, half human.

Eve, you see, is the daughter of a succubus and a particularly powerful modern mage. Anyone who didn't know better would think the man merely an eccentric millionaire living in a house several sizes too large for just himself. Still, he was quite skilled in the ways of ancient magic, and was thus able to bind a succubus in the hidden rooms of his home... Though she was quite unhappy about being trapped and would escape the moment the opportunity arose, she wasn't too loathing of her treatment in the meantime. She was a succubus after all, and though it was humiliating to be used by a human, it wasn't like there were any others around to see it.

The problems arose when she became pregnant with Eve. To this day, Eve has no idea what ended up happening to her mother, but she knows she's not around anymore. Eve was raised by her father alone, and in some ways was treated more like a pet than a daughter...

...That is, she was pampered like there was no tomorrow, and yet expected to do and think exactly as she was told. For the most part, she was fine with this, as her eccentric father's wishes seemed to coincide with her own quite nicely. In her father's later years, he taught her to do as she pleased, and to respect only his wishes above her own. Once he passed on, he would tell her, she'd be free to act however she wanted.

Because of these teachings, Eve has little concern for the trappings of general society. While she'll normally at least pretend to care about such things, such as wearing clothing in public, she'll often cast them aside if given the slightest reason to do so. Her half-succubus heritage allows her to charm her way out of even the worst of situations, and so she rarely sees any consequences for any of her actions short of murder... And sometimes not even then.

About that... murder... "Eccentric" as her father was, it should come as no surprise that he was fascinated by his daughter's ability to swallow objects her own size, or even slightly larger. Once she was big enough, she virtually lived on a diet entirely made up of humans and near-humans. Now that her father is dead she enjoys more normal food often, but she still loves the feeling of swallowing someone her own size as well.

That being said, she's not about to swallow up everyone she meets, she's fine with making friends as well. She's capable of regenerating anyone she devours, but doing so seems to be quite unpleasant for her in ways she refuses to describe, and thus she often only does it for friends. She is capable of regenerating herself as well, but the power is weak and fairly easily blocked by anyone who has even the slightest skill in such matters.
