Evan is by nature very flirtatious with guys but not so much women. Maybe he's looking for the father figure he never had? Evan will prefer to seduce his prey over using force. He loves parties and despite being a vampire will try to help those in need. Probably because less people means less feeding opportunity.

Abilities:

Wolfsbane: If he drinks a werewolf's blood, he becomes weaker, almost human even at night. This works vice versa if his blood gets into a werewolf.

Hypnotism: By looking into a human's eyes, he can lull them into a false sense of security and convince them to do things that they would be willing if reluctant to do.

Vampire Strength: His strength and stamina have increased.

Weakness to light: In intense light or the sun he will lose a lot of his strength and occasionally experience pareidolia.

Polite Intruder: Vampires cannot enter a house/building without permission.
