A character who traveled backwards in time from some unknown date in the future of the Monster_Girls world. (( I haven't gotten this like I have on another alt inspired by another's, but I AM NOT THE PLAYER BEHIND THE Monster_Girls!!!! ))

Evangeline Corcoran is, if you discounted the more obvious details, not a very dangerous person. Her snake species is generally considered harmless, possessing no real venom, and limited constriction ability. Her subset of lamia, then, had never been given much weight in the wilds, so the /vast/ majority of them have assimilated into city life. This is even more true in Eva's own time, where there's probably not a single wild ground snake lamia left.

So what /about/ Eva and her time? In case you didn't already figure it out, Evangeline is from some point in the future, far enough for the obvious technical advances of extensive cybernetics and time travel to be a reality. And for someone who is armed to be exploring the past, there is probably the implication that something has gone, or possibly will go, seriously wrong. But Evangeline is tight-lipped about her mission, and even though she might sometimes show her augments and gear openly, her actual motives and purpose... not likely in the slightest.

Her /cover story/, though, contains many grains of truth. Evangeline /is/ a student at MIT, and /is/ a many-generations-removed Irish-American. She goes on to claim she's fresh into graduate studies in physics, and has prepared a bunch of vaguely-worded stories and smalltalk about college life. Yet... her apartment often sits empty once classes are out. Her friends are usually very casual at best, and often can't answer what their supposed friend /does/ all day. If anyone knows, it'd be Eva... and maybe, just maybe, people who haven't even been born yet.

But, if you set that all aside, you end up with a charming, optimistic, and /fiercely/ intelligent young woman who honestly wants to help people out when she can, and seems to just emanate pure love-of-life. Yet, Eva can be dedicated, resolute, and /very/ courageous too. She knows when to back down, but she doesn't do so whimpering and cowering, unless something truly horrible has occurred. And sometimes... sometimes you might even get a hint of regret, of drive and desperation. But Evangeline tries her best to hide that.

Evangeline's 'augments' are both magical and technological in nature. She doesn't actually have any formal magical training, but in her time, magical technology is a reality, so she still, all the same, makes use of it. This is a list of what she has access to!

Time Hook: The 'big one'. Eva's time machine. The Time Hook is actually just the 'remote terminal' to the /real/ device. When activated, it brings her, her augments, and any small possessions on her person, either to a selected point in the past (The Time Hook is incapable of going forward in time, sadly), or back to the original instant of sending. It works by a form of magic, and specifically requires a living soul, and any inorganic materials are brought through solely by the concept of 'ownership' by the person being transported. A sidebar to this, is that if Evangeline's augments detect her death, they will (At least /attempt/ to) immediately 'tug at the line' and return her to her natural time, both to give a chance at resuscitation, and if that's not possible, prevent anachronistic technology from falling into the wrong hands. For this reason too, the Time Hook is the most heavily-shielded device in or on her body.

Continuity Enforcer: A secondary time-travel-related device, this one is simple, very simple... but its effects are extremely wide-reaching. It can only do two things - either be 'on', or 'off'. When switched on, the Enforcer segregates when Eva is working, from her own time. Anything she does while it's active, has no measurable effect on her home time. If it remains active for her entire journey, that particular trip back in time changes absolutely nothing, instead allowing it to divide off into an alternate timeline. If, at any time, Eva decides to deactivate it... Firstly, her actions will 'catch up' with her home time all at once, even if they were performed while the device was on. Second, everything thereafter /will/ affect her home time. Turning it back on won't undo anything already 'committed', but will once again prevent further actions from affecting things. By default, if her augments detect significant injury and declining lifesigns, the Enforcer will automatically switch on, to prevent committing any changes caused by the situation leading up to her impending death. (As a side note, Eva herself is immune to the effects of her own time-travelling regardless - grandfather paradoxing herself will not erase her from existence if she is in the past when it occurs, for example. Nor will she remember any of the changed history.)

Graviton Wings: The steely wings extending out of various parts of Eva's body are part of an anti-gravity hover system, which is used to allow the girl to fly! It doesn't get much simpler than that. The actual wings themselves can actually become 'liquid' and flow in or out of her body when they need to deploy or be concealed.

Glamer Generator: Possibly the most useful thing for a time-traveling cyborg to have, this device is a /very/ limited mental illusion that causes others to fail to even perceive, or at worst just ignore, her cybernetic parts. Because of magical principles of contagion, even recordings of her carry the illusion if it was active when the video was taken. (The one, sure way to make permanent record of her true nature is to somehow resist the spell, and then write or draw your own memories of what you saw.).

Pocket Space: Evangeline can, at will, summon or remove anything not integrated into her body that is considered her 'possession' to or from a small pocket dimension. There, the objects are kept in perfect stasis outside the flow of time.

Stasis Womb: Maybe the /strangest/ of Eva's augments, the stasis unit implanted near her womb takes advantage of her unbirthing capability to hold someone contained inside of her in a very strange form of suspended animation. Their body no longer functions in regard to the flow of time, but sensory input and thought still goes on like normal, /and/ they're telepathically linked with Evangeline (which is her only form of telepathic contact).

General Enhancement: In /general/, Evangeline is a superior specimen because of her improvements. It's not enough to rival a real constrictor, but her tail muscles are stronger than they should be, her human half's muscles are similarly superior, her ability to resist disease and injury is pretty great, and she even has a small medical suite that can do basic things like automatically defibrillate her in an emergency.

Broad-Spectrum Array: All those black-and-red machines with little blue lights (including the /big/ segmented ones tipped with spikes)? This thing, is what those are for. It's basically a rather complex electromagnetic emitter/receiver that can emit and receive every form of radiation from the ultraviolet range down. And it is /very/ precise. Eva can use its onboard expert system to interface with present-day computers on the fly, the emitters and receivers reading and then altering the electronic signals in the computers' circuits. But even without ridiculously-precise EM radiation and EM field control, the Array can also just perform its basic 'job'. In a pinch, lasers, masers, and other beams can come from its spiked heads, and Evangeline never has want for a radio if she can get away with deploying the bulky rig.
