Eurynome is a vain, pompous incubus with a taste for sophistication. While he's often too caught up in himself to feel much towards others, he's more or less simply indifferent and ever careful not to be rude. Civility is a golden virtue and Eurynome strives to carry himself with as much elegance and dignity as he can, truly believing himself to be the spitting image of gentlemanly charm.

While at first Eurynome may come off as pleasant and accommodating, it's often a front born of ill-intentions. More than anything else Eurynome acts to further his own agenda and is hardly above the use of trickery in order to do so. Although it's not money or power that motivates him, but a misguided sense of justice that acts as his driving force.

Wholly convinced that his purpose in the afterlife is to weed out the wicked, Eurynome has taken it upon himself to pass judgment on sinners. While he may claim to act for the benefit of the innocent and the virtuous, the line between right and wrong is blurry at best and made ever murky by his own inflated sense of self. Deep down he truly wishes to do right by his actions, if only he could reign in his tremendous ego.

Demons are renowned for their obsessions with deals, and Eurynome is no different. An otherworldly entity, he's happy to oblige the whims of his clients in ways that other beings cannot. Whatever is asked of him Eurynome will do his best to provide it, be it power, protection, material items, or even his company.

As Eurynome's contracts typically carry the hefty price of one soul, his services are generally reserved for the especially desperate. However he's more fickle and particular than most, and has been known to make frequent exceptions for those that manage to pique his interest in other ways.

Among many other things, Eurynome loves to boast of his immeasurable 'honesty'. Though it's true he will never tell a lie, Eurynome is untrustworthy by nature and does not need to lie in order to deceive.

Though contracts are often an easy way to force a selfish, offstandish character into the company of others, I'm not restricted to it! If the idea of forging a demonic contract seems a little too heavy handed you don't need to worry, as I'm open to other methods of getting characters to interact. His demonic penchant for deals also arises in other ways not limited to stuffy, formal arrangements.

Unique Scent
Eurynome's scent differs from person to person depending on what attracts them. This aroma can be caught on his skin, his clothes, and even his breath.

Venom
Eurynome's venom works as a weak sedative and has mild aphrodisiac properties. Sometimes I'm willing to give his venom the capacity to shrink people, but it's not canon.

Heightened Sensitivity to Emotions
Eurynome is, like any other incubus, keenly aware of what his company is feeling most of the time. He can smell--and taste--emotions if they are powerful enough.

Illusions
True to his demonic nature, Eurynome has a knack for creating illusions. His capabilities are restricted mostly to fluctuations in his environment as well as his own appearance. He makes a nasty habit out of stealing the identities of priests.

Low-Ranking
Contrary to his haughty disposition, Eurynome only sits above imps and other lesser demons in the hierarchy. Though stronger than many mortal races, he isn't terribly powerful when it comes to other supernatural beings such as himself. He's not prestigious enough to even own his own set of wings.

Summonable
Once summoned Eurynome is bound to accommodate his summoner and cannot act of his own accord until his summoning circle is broken. In addition to being frustratingly stubborn, Eurynome loathes being summoned and may require some coaxing before offering his assistance.

Pyrophobe
Eurynome's fear of fire runs deep. He's not likely to stick around anyone with any kind of magical mastery over it.
