A merry whistle carried through the calm forest which in turn was met with the gentle and constant CLIP CLOP of hooves gently scraping against a cobbled and ancient path. A great deal of grass and mud attempted to cover the old and disused roae but one solitary figure had found it and she was very much enjoying how her hooves CLOPPED against it's aged stones.

The forest was surprisingly quiet, aside from the CLIP CLOP and the pleasant whistle the only sounds were small birds who chirped and cheeped happily with out a worry in the safety of the forest canopy above, cleary there was no need to worry for the forest was safe.....or at least it was now!.

There was one sound that seemed to interrupt the merry spring day, an unnatural sound that broke the pleasant atmosphere....and it was coming from the same being that was whistling ever so merrily on that warm spring day.

With the steady CLIP CLOP and the pleasant whistle came an unnaturally loud GLORP, GROAN and GLURK from the creature's stomach....... and if anyone were close enough to see it would be obvious why such a melody of sounds rumbled from it. The creature in question was a deertaur and she was beautiful, fair and petite with a smile that could have warmed the stoney heart of any rugged traveller. It was these qualities that seemed to make her so dangerous and so unsuspecting..... for beneath her tauric half rested a heavy and very bloated stomach, it's curve great and it's weight obvious!. Each step the deertaur tool the mighty bulge shifted and swayed, it wobbled with a hefty girth indicating that whatever was within was not only heavy but large as well....and the odd imprint pressing against the taut skin indicated that it was still very much alive!.

The deertaur,known as Euris to those few who considered her a friend or lover, smiled lightly as she continued to wander down the cobbled path, her thoughts returning to the very situation that had found her so well fed. It had been so very easy, a lone camper calmly basking by the river fishing without a worry or care, how could she ever suspect a deer to be so deviously dangerous....how wrong she had been. It had been so easy for Euris, she had approached slowly in an almost timid manner, her voice had been shallow and gentle luring the woman into a calm sense of security.....and then she had struck. The camper had stood no chance, her body was stripped and forced down the predator's petite throat, her form had been thrust unceremoniously into the deertaur's stomach where it had stretched the tight fleshy chamber to it's limits....and then it had all been over.

A belch had signalled the end of the camper's journey and that had been but a couple of hours earlier, now Euris was basking in the suns warmth whistling as she gently CLIP CLOPPED, her belly swaying with it's heavy prize, oh how delightful it had been for the deertaur to claim another unsuspecting meal, the third that week!. No one expected a petite and timid deertaur after all...at least not until her belly was full. There was no hiding her spoils after a hunt, but that was nothing a long and pleasant digestion wouldn't cure.....and then she could hunt again.

No one ever expected a deer would ever eat them, Euris liked to prove her meals wrong.....she loved to be unexpected!
