Background:

Once, Ethan was supposed to become the successor of the High King of Ebrington, a huge, realm, mostly covered by vast, seemingly endless forests.
As a child, Ethan was a happy boy, often out in the forest, getting to know the trees, the flowers, the animals roaming about. Little did he know about the outside world and potential dangers, even what he was was kept a secret from him and should be revealed to him upon reaching adolescence.

He was trained to act like a prince, and readied to take the realms business into his hands as an adult... that was until he was 9... that's when things turned out differently as planned.
Most of Ethan's memories are blurred, a huge vortex, black, devouring trees, animals, inhabitants of Ebrington, and a feeling, a deep fear, like a rabbit trying to run for his life from a hungry wolf.
Why he was the one who survived the incident, he didn't know, there were people who were much stronger than him... at least that's what he thought.

Wandering alone along the edge of a ruined land, he was found and taken in by travelers. He was unable to tell them his story, even his past seemed to have been wiped from his memory. The following years, he spent growing up in an orphanage far off the former realm of Ebrington. But he was always drawn there, he wanted to find out what happened.

Little did he know that the attack was because of him. Little did he know what he was... and why he was there, in Ebrington, raised among humans - while he wasn't human himself.
Failing to find answers made him somewhat cold-hearted towards civilization, and it drew him more and more away from the company of humans. Upon reaching the age of 16, Ethan ran away, seeking company of what he always felt he had an affinity to: nature! And this was the time when he learned he had special powers. Ethan spent the following years discovering, mastering them.

To this day, what exactly happened remains a secret... the few that survived the calamity that struck the land cannot remember - or do not want to.
And so, Ethan wanders the world, still trying to find anwers... what happened to him, it made him somewhat neutral towards humans, cities. He tries to use his powers for nature - even at the cost of human life if needed, for everything should have a chance to survive...
