Extraordinary Legends

Welcome to Extraordinary Legends

((This is a possible alt of H00_Characters. Only when in the Game Room with this alt am I ready to play a session with anyone.))

Hello. This is a vory world where anyone and everyone can be anything. Also please do not say I am talking about Zootopia because they can't really copyright the actual phrase when the founders of many a nation whether great or not have said this or something similar in their time. This world... is actually a game called Extraordinary Legends. You can play as anything you want to play as whether you are a hero of whatever the story maybe, a neutral bystander, or even the villian.

The setting of this game is of your choosing, that meaning the game can be similar to anything you want it to be whether you wish to see some adventures of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table sort of deal to actually seeing some futuristic stuff like Star Trek and Star Wars. You and your friends could probably set themselves up to be the Suicide Squad, or Templars of the Crusades. The possibilities are endless. You will have an abundance of NPC's, enemies that could defeat you, and even forge alliances with other player's characters. What you do is up to you. The consequences are so much so.

Rules

Now there are rules to be explained. The system you see here is much similar to that of a system called "Open Legends". You Character Sheet Template can be found in this link. When creating a character in this system, you will start at level 1. You will have 69 Points to use towards your attributes which you have 18 of and 8 points towards creating abilities. At certain times, I will tell you when you have gained Experience point which in turn will give you 3 attribute points and 1 ability point in response.

When spending points on Attributes to get their rank, the cost, or the total amount of points that were spent on that attribute, to get to a rank is the rank and the spend requirement of the previous ranks. A clear example of how to calculate this is shown below.

Calculating the cost (total spend) of Ranks 2 and 1: To open up rank 1 you need to spend 1 point. In order to open up rank 2 you need to spend 2 points. You add 2 and 1 together and your cost is 3. You will have spent 3 points total for unlocking rank 2.

When spending points on an ability, the cost of the ability is calculated by addressing different variables such as Connecting an attack, or Hit, any extra damage that is dealt, the range to which this ability can a target/area, the area affect, saving throws for additional effects and conditions. In this link, you will begin to understand more about how to create an ability and what the cost of what ability you wish to create would be like.

Additionally, there are conditions that one can inflict on people. Such conditions can either be beneficial, or they can be a nuisance. Depends on who is afflicted by such conditions and who inflicted them.

Optionally, your character can have traits to better define them in roleplay. These traits can either play a good side or a bad side, or both. If you have a trait that plays a good side, then you will need a trait to play a bad side to counteract it. You can only have one trait that has a positive and negative side to it per level up to a maximum of 4 total.
