"God" Enelko is the "god" of Skypiea and the user of the Goro Goro no Mi, a Logia class Devil Fruit that gives her the ability to manipulate and become lightning itself. Enelko thinks of herself as an invincible god - quite literally. She believes that she is a divine and immortal being, with the authority to do, take or destroy whatever she pleases and is capable of doing anything. As the result, she appears fearless, childish, arrogant and without a care in the world. Enelko holds no regard for other lives except her own, and has no moral qualms about killing thousands - instead she sees it as her godly duty, and laughs maniacally as she sends Skypiea to its doom. She is, in short, a sociopath and insane. Enelko's lifestyle is relaxed and hedonistic, and when not attending to her "godly duties" of smiting the natives of Skypiea (for speaking against her), she spends her time sleeping or eating in her residence, being waited on hand and foot by her servants. This attitude carries over to combat, where she's hardly serious and barely annoyed - instead she's relaxed, and enjoys herself by effortlessly absorbing attacks, and humiliating her opponents.
Enelko also possesses incredible physical strength and is usually portrayed as very acrobatic, often doing backflips with one hand, and has an above-average endurance, shrugging off most of physical attacks as if they were nothing at all. Enelko gets her Devil Fruit power from the Logia-classed Goro Goro no Mi. It lets her use a variety of lightning based attacks by striking the drums on her back or by simply spawning it from her body. All of these thunder attacks seem to be named after thunder gods from various cultures.
