Digestion is possible, but will have to be requested. It would be bad for business if customers always got gurgled! Likewise, having one of the womb-based ladies motherifying you is also possible, but it will cost serious dosh.
I prefer it if the stay is canon, but tis not required. Could either be that they are unavailable for the duration of the stay, or it is simply mentioned on the profile.
Permanant stays (permavore) are possible, but cost a lot (pretty much everything a decently financed person would own). The girl shall then be retired, given a considerable retirement package, and a new girl shall take her place.
