Encountra

Mystic fairy of the Blue Garden, Encountra is regarded as a black sheep among her kin and has an approximate knowledge of many things. The Pool of Dreams she guards allows her to project herself into countless false realities, providing her with near limitless entertainment which she greedily keeps for herself. However, long periods of dream hibernation requires lots of sustenance, which is where you come in, dear traveler. She's not one to let her height of three inches get in the way of gorging on a big meal~

Scenario A: You are tressspassing on her territory and must face the consqeuences.
Scenario B: Encountra is tasked with aiding you in your quest to save the world, but she has doubts as to whether or not you're more fit to be a hero than a snack.
