Her back story:
Glacia is the empress of the Antartic and rules a secret empire buried thousands of feet below the ice for millions of years. Despite being the future ruler of her lands, Glacia's childhood wasn't luxurious or easy, but has instead been rough and harsh due to her mother forcing her to train her body and mind at a rapid pace from a very young age, due to the responsibilities she'll soon have and the harsh world they live in. She's been forced to battle natural predators alone at the age of six without help, survive the harsh Antarctic surface for weeks on end without any contact to civilzation, food, or clean water, and has trained her body to be strong and durable along with learning several martial arts and to use any weapons from spears, daggers, whips, swords, claymores, and more. She's also learned how to read, write, and speak in multiple languages along with learning complex subjucts like mathmatics, science, politics/economy and more. Due to this abusive childhood, she's never had any friends or affection growing up, making her cold, logical, and distant from everyone else. She's always hated and resented her mother to her dying days for what she put her through, but also thanked her for showing her the truth of the world and how it truly worked. She quickly learned that the strong live and the weak perish, and believes those that die early or tragically are simply the laws of nature, thus she barely bats an eye when she devours or kills intruders in her empire

Story for modern setting:
After many years of being the ruler of the empire, she began to feel that something was wrong with her homeland. She felt tremors going through the ice walls that protected her city for so long, could feel the ice around her growing warmer, and the life above moving and growing scarce from her scouters. Going to her best researchers about this, they declared that the polar ice caps were beginning to melt at a rapid pace, slowly but surely melting the ice protecting her people to the point they'd be exposed or the ice shatters and crushes everyone. Not accepting this possible reality, she demanded a source to this developing problem. She quickly learned that it was the modern surface world causing this, slowly but surely ruining the planet she calls home. Disgusted by this, she decided this had to be a problem she she needed to take care of herself. Researching the modern world through her library's texts, from the ship wreckages around her home, and from executed ivaders/intruders journals and technology she took from them, she learned that they were too many in number and strength to take on directly and thus, decided that the best corse of action is infiltration, climbing their ranks as a politition until she had enough power to dismantle their society and destroy their economy through subtle actions and manipulation. If you asked her about it, she would say that it was nothing personal. She's simply doing what's right for her people, and the strong always prevails...
(This setting can also be played without her being an emperor/without her powers. She could be a rebel from a rich family business/company, a regular girl, a rich CEO, or just a regular girl! I'm open to changing her backstory for RPs)
Personality:
Glacia is usually known to be cold and distant, rarely trusting others as she believes trust can be a major weakness. She deeply cares for her empire and it's future, but she rarely, if ever shows her emotions even when alone. She believes in the laws of nature and has the belief that the strong prevail and survive while the weak die off or are left behind. Any type of science or magic that breaks these laws of nature will earn her cold, unyeilding ire until they perish from her icy wrath. Though if she grows close enough to someone, she might let her guard down and express her emotions to them if they manage to melt her cold heart.

Natural immunity to cold(This reason is kinda obvious)
Incredibly fast swimmer(37mph, will increase over time)
Manipulation over Ice and water
Can mreathe underwater for a short time(Manipulating water to make air pocket. Is very straining. Less strain over time though as her strength and abilities grow)
can create elemental minions(Maximum of 3. May grow when she gets stronger)
Has a siren voice that can hypnotise and suduce individuals(Only works on weak minds. Will grow more powerful over time. Will never effect deities or jedi-like minds, though)
Has over than average strength from fighting natural predators(Can lift up to 1 1/2 ton and break boulders with one punch. Though very exerting. May get stronger over time from combat)
has increased agility/flexability from constant training
Can create any weopons from the moister/ice around her
Can reduce the temerature around her to the negatives up to 10'(Radius will expand over time)
