Emperor Champagne of the Cola Empire is the defacto leader of Flora-1, the homeworld to all Florians (A species of functionally immortal demi-humanoids which can revive upon the ringing of their soulbound bells). He's actually been emperor for about 350,000,000 years and it doesn't seem likely to change soon~ due to his species unique abilities he's functionally immortal, that said he doesn't look, or act, a day over 25.
Champagne is a staunch isolationist and forbids entry and exit from his planet, making seeing a Florian outside of Flora-1's gravitational pull pretty rare, other than himself that is. Champagne travels often for both political reasons and just for fun (though he'd never admit to that) so it's not uncommon to see him relaxing on a beach or at any particularly fancy banquet.
Champagne enjoys the finer things in life, fine wine, gourmet food, expensive clothes (maybe not actually), and lots and lots of treasures. He's not exactly shy about it either. If you're looking to get with this kitty you'd better be ready to give him your everything~
Unlike most members of the Florian public Champagne is a formidable predator, his slim form hides a considerable amount of muscle, and his reflexes are beyond catlike. Often underestimated due to his looks the emperor has turned many would be assasins into quite filling meals. That said he's a bit cocky too, walking around without a security detail makes him pretty vulnerable, so it's not impossible to catch him off guard.
