Emotia is well, different, she is not your standard monster girl by any means, of course she's not an ordinary human either, the tentacles are a rather obvious giveaway. Just cause she's not an ordinary man eating monster this doesn't mean you don't have to be careful if she lays those violet eyes on you.

She lives in a nicely furnished underwater cave, a rather wet affair, though most of it is not flooded, she even managed to sap a power line to get some light down in the cave, and, even though it was a rather difficult task, she even has a television down there, standing in front of a large couch. Asides from that, there's a shallow pool that she sleeps in, a bookshelves and table with a few chairs. Everything is regular sized, even though Emotia is a good deal larger than humans, not her torso, mind you, which is that of a woman you'd expect to be about 6 foot tall, her tentacles however are quite lengthy, stretching to about 12 feet and more. While she might be a bit of a squat figure on land, 'standing' at only about 5 foot on her tentacles. She makes a much better figure in water, capable of swimming swiftly, and making quick turns, giving her an advantage over most other creatures in the water. Naturally her tentacles are quite useful in dealing with people both on land and in the water, possessing great strength and flexibility, and of course those sucker cups are quite useful, too, allowing her to hold foes and friends if she so desires, or if she's in a particularly bad mood, tear the flesh from their bones.

Those brutal streaks are rare, but they happen, especially when she encounters a particularly nasty enemy she can't wrestle down otherwise. Another trait Emotia posses is an unnatural stretchiness, allowing her skin and bones to adjust and realign to devour prey up to twice her own size whole, even though it's a rough and tedious process to hold them down long enough. Most days she prefers to devour such large prey in chunks, which usually makes quite a mess, not as much in the water, of course, the tides washing away the blood quickly enough. Not that this happens very often, she does have normal friends who she gets along with well enough, having an almost normal relationship. As long as you're not a mermaid, you can get along with her easily enough, just chat with her when she's at the beach, or lingering somewhere in the water, it's just mermaids she can't stand, those useless fish brains, always flopping about, seducing men and women just with their good looks. And their arrogant faces. Their mocking grins. She can't stand them.

If you want to learn more, take your chance, talk to her, but make sure to keep her entertained, lest she grows bored of you and decides you make a better meal than a friend.
