Y'know.... things can get pretty strange, sometimes. You never know exactly what sort of person you're gonna meet.... right? So I try to be careful...really. Even if it is hard to hide some things...

Emily Vance, as she calls herself, is just trying to fit in, in a very, very, very odd world. Its HARD, though... because as odd as her world is, she's an odd one, even for it!

Still... she manages to muddle through.

Living simply, away from the larger cities, she keeps to herself, mostly. She lives in one of those houses in the middle of nowhere, if he can find one. or in a cave. Or wherever she can find to stay the night, safe and dry and hopefully warm. its not easy, but it keeps certain... unwelcome parties from coming after her. Those few who DO, well... they wind up hurting, or tied up somewhere!

Trainers and Team Rocket members alike are most unwelcome to the girl. She just wants to be left alone! Not that that's likely to happen, anytime soon. People pass by her all the time, though most, thankfully, never see her. Those who do, well, they're just a headbutt away from never seeing her again. Usually. She does have a soft spot for younger trainers.... especially the nice ones. The mean ones, well... she has a different soft spot for them.

She's something of a local legend, really, in a few areas. Lost children returned, homesick young trainers helped by a strange, cloaked girl... there's tales, oh my yes, about her. In the end, though... well. She'd sooner be alone.

Even if, sometimes, she wants to go out, and see the world...

Four feet ten inches tall, with short, brown hair and lovely brown eyes, she's built slim. She's fairly lean, but there's a hint of softness to her that hints at her past. She won't tell you much about it, of course, but there's still something more to her.
