Ellie with her brown rabbit ears and pink tinted fur is what is called a Gijinka, a more human version of your average pokemon with all the usual abilities and perks intact. She is a Lopunny and a Shiny one at that, meaning her pink highlights are a rare coloration of her species. She tends to be a sweet caring individual most of the time, friendly and fun to be around. Although she does on occasion have her lewd moments, even sometimes craving a squirmy meal or two.
Finally, similar to how actual Lopunnies are, she tends to be a bit protective of her ears. Attentively grooming and tending to them regularly.
Those big soft ears can be used as a second pair of arms along with her incredible leg strength and speed, her ears are fairly strong compared to her girlish arm strength. Thanks to this when provoked she is known to use them for punching or slapping, among other things.
