Drew him finally! Rewriting his shiz too!
Eliune attempts his best to stay put in the hospital, but it just gets so gooodddd awfully boring. Every now and then he needs to slip out for a drink or two. Poor guy needs his alchohol.
He finds himself time and time again trying to get people to go his way from the start, he's horridly stubborn, and isn't against manhandling anyone even when he's not in his powered up form.
Elly also tried his best to stay a normal patient, which didn't work out... The purple aura he's gained is from years of raw martial arts practice, as the city he lives in becomes more and more unsafe the more he feels the need to keep hisself protected, even though he really rathers a bodyguard or just someone strong to walk with. He masks his power with a simple earth technique, but that also makes it much harder for him to reignite his personal energy, and he's stuck in the same state he was in before he started practicing so much when he does.
Without his bonds he places on his self, he becomes as massive and as capable as any other fighter, with a height of 6'11" when powered up and a height of only 5'10" when in his retracted state. He can stand up to most foes that are able to rise with almost Saiyan strength, but his buffed out form still has trouble walking straight. He however does not have the ability to fly, he is, anyways, self taught.
He can only access this power when he's focused, so it'll be pretty easy to avoid fighting his stronger version by getting in his face, but... You wouldn't hit a crip, right?;-;
Other than power the man can out-talk most people he knows and outdrink most people on the planet, and he adores strong women with a good sense of humour and would love to cook for a few warriors in his lifetime.
More recently he's been upkeeping a small appartment off the side of the park and has been working as maintenence for about a month or so. He's always needed help if someone is willing to help him with his chores, and he is always willing to give whoever needs it a hand.
