Elimso literally has the powers of a God. (Limitedly.) He can turn glass into bubbles, create something from nothing, and change those who are willing with the blink of an eye. He has been a somewhat secluded being, but still knows how the world works. He feasts on those he doesn't like and mates with those of whom he chooses. He is NOT, however, omniscient, omnipresent, or omnipotent. He simply has control over the physical world, to a degree.
